We’ve developed a consistent approach to quality assurance that focuses of high-failure rate enclosure systems, specifically windows, walls, doors, and roofs.
Our unique perspective is rooted in building science, and the evaluation and analysis of enclosure failures in existing buildings. We’ve used this perspective, along with our trained eye for enclosure systems and professional technical team, to develop the Building Enclosure Quality Assurance Program.
Our Program combines design phase services, phased field-based consulting, on-the-ground construction observations, and performance testing to provide your team with a continuous quality assurance process, from start to finish.

Reid Middlebrooks, PE, the CEO and co-founder, is an expert in mechanical engineering and has multiple years of experience resolving failures in mechanical HVAC Systems related to their interaction with wall and roof assemblies.
Gordon Shepperd, PE, President and co-founder, has multiple years of experience analyzing failures in existing buildings and is an expert in structural engineering, including the design, analysis, and repair of building components, analysis of foundation and soil interaction, and emergency stabilization techniques.
Each project we undertake is equipped with a project manager, a project coordinator, a field manager, and multiple field service members.
